In light of the recent outbreak of Coronavirus, we are following the Government guidelines as best we can. As a food establishment, we will endeavor to remain open at this time to help out our customers old and new.
As of the 24th September, following government guidelines, face coverings will be compulsory in shops and supermarkets and must be worn at all times. You can buy reusable or single-use face coverings or you may use a scarf, bandana, religious garment or hand-made cloth covering, but these must securely fit round the side of the face.
If you are exempt from wearing one, please inform a member of staff before entering. We strongly advise you to comply with the new guidelines, as those who do not adhere could face a £200 fine, and we cannot risk the cost of a fine to the business if customers do not follow the rules. Should you refuse to wear one you may be asked to leave.
Exemptions from wearing face masks include:
Children under 11 years old
People with disabilities
Those with breathing difficulties
Anyone travelling with someone who relies on lip reading
We are able to take orders but cannot offer deliveries currently as we are only a small team. You can order through our contact form on our website, or alternatively give the shop a call on 01793 823566. You can collect during any of our opening hours below.
Closed Sunday and Monday. Tuesday is our day for re-stocking so our full range may not be available.
We know the supermarkets are incredibly busy trying to meet the high demand, so do support your local businesses when you can. We are a small family-run farm shop that offers a wide range of goods perfect for your weekly shop, including:
Free-range meat, including roasting joints and a wide variety of cuts
Handmade gluten-free sausages and burgers
Cheese and olives
Pastries and pies
Frozen fruit and veg
Frozen ready meals for one, two or families
Wine, gin, beer and ciders
And much more…
We don’t sell toilet roll (never have) and we have a 5 star food hygiene rating.
Please note that due to the high demand and low stock levels at the moment, some of these products may be in short supply (particularly chicken!) but we are working hard with our wonderful suppliers to make sure we can bring you the best service possible. Please do follow us on Facebook for all the latest information with regards to what’s available and our opening times.
Thank you so much to all of you for your continued support at this time. We are working incredibly hard behind the scenes to make sure you can look after yourselves and your families during this unusual time.
